Come 5–10 minutes early in comfortable clothing, with grip socks ready.

Comfortable clothing, grip socks and water are all you need. Everything else begins with attentive movement.

Studio terms &
liability waiver.

These terms support a safe, calm and fair experience for everyone.

Booking & cancellation +

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Places are subject to availability and offered first come, first served.

Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time will be credited back where applicable. Within 24 hours, or after a no-show, the session is forfeited. If The Reformer Barn cancels, clients receive a full refund or class credit.

Arrival & studio etiquette +

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started. Grip socks must be worn. Keep mobile phones silent and respect the calm studio environment.

Health & safety +

Notify your instructor of any injury, illness, pregnancy or change in medical condition before participating. Instructors may modify exercises or refuse participation where it is considered unsafe.

Liability waiver +

Reformer Pilates involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By registering, you confirm your information is honest; accept responsibility for seeking medical advice where required; agree to report pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms; and participate voluntarily at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reformer Barn, its owner and instructors accept no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage sustained while participating, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
